Project from the choreographer Olga Gutierrez and visual artist Renata Trejo
A museum exposition of objects, encounters and approaches, five pieces of interaction
with spectator and five artists looking.
Its propossal is the participation of the spectator thru five actions made from dancers trying to provoke a dialog and then use this close dialog to create a dance improvisation.
"Objects are closer than they appear" is a phrase taken from a car mirror. It is a tought about distances and approaches between life and art. How close are we from art? whats the distance between an object of art and the looking spectator? This questions may serve as a method to confront the spectator about life and art.
