I find communication between genres very flawed. Men talk about women in ways that we would not do when they are present and vice versa. There are many beliefs about what the "other" is like that are based on myths and old vices.
"Tacit" proposes an exercise to highlight this problem by writing anonymous opinions. For a month, people were invited to write about the "other" genres with which they live emotionally (their partner, a family member, etc.). The result shows that there are many prejudices and assumptions which, when confronted, are resolved in violence. I consider it important to carry out similar exercises to start founding a deeper and more honest dialogue that helps to diminish the entire set of mistaken and flawed beliefs that correspond to gender differences.
